SAN JOSE, Calif. – March 31, 2025 – NVIDIA, Adobe and WPP today announced a major expansion of their strategic collaboration, launching a secure agentic AI platform designed to transform enterprise marketing operations. The platform combines Adobe’s creative and customer experience platforms with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and WPP’s global marketing expertise, enabling brands to plan, create, produce and activate personalized content continuously—at unprecedented speed and scale.

“This is a breakthrough in creative intelligence,” said Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. “For the first time, enterprises can run autonomous AI agents that orchestrate end-to-end marketing workflows in a governed, secure environment—without compromising brand integrity.” The platform, powered by NVIDIA’s OpenShell runtime and Nemotron models, ensures every agent operates within strict policy boundaries.

Adobe’s new CX Enterprise Coworker, built on the platform, will handle tasks from content generation to customer experience activation. “Marketers are drowning in demands for personalized, always-on content,” said Shantanu Narayen, CEO of Adobe. “Our coworker agents close the loop between creation and engagement, so brands can deliver the right message at the right moment—every time.”

Background: The Need for Speed and Control

Global brands now need to serve millions of personalized combinations of offers, images, copy and prices—across products, audiences and channels. Traditional campaigns take months; customers expect updates in minutes. Agentic AI systems can plan, create, produce and activate content continuously, but only if governance and security are built in.

WPP CEO Mark Read emphasized scale: “Our clients require intelligent systems that can adapt on-brand assets globally. With this combined stack—Adobe’s platforms, WPP’s expertise and NVIDIA’s compute—we can deliver tailored experiences at a scale never before possible.” The collaboration unites three complementary strengths: Adobe’s creative and CX platforms, WPP’s media and marketing intelligence, and NVIDIA’s accelerated computing stack including Nemotron open models and the Agent Toolkit.

What This Means for Enterprise Marketing

Enterprises can now deploy agentic workflows that generate, adapt and version on-brand assets automatically. Adobe’s CX Enterprise Coworker orchestrates downstream workflows from personalization to activation, closing the loop between content creation and customer engagement. Every operation remains compliant, on brand and within defined risk boundaries.

The platform’s security foundation—the NVIDIA OpenShell runtime—provides a containerized, policy-based sandbox. “We answer not just, ‘What policy is in place?’ but, ‘What can the agent do?’” a NVIDIA spokesperson said. “This verifiable policy management gives enterprises complete auditability.” Agents invoke sensitive data and services only within the trust boundary; Adobe CX Intelligence can be securely integrated as part of customer experience agents.

“This moves marketing from one-size-fits-all to always-on, always-relevant experiences,” said an industry analyst at Gartner. “The combination of Adobe’s creative platforms and NVIDIA’s secure agent runtime is a game-changer for brand governance at scale.”

Live Demo and Next Steps

A live demonstration of CX Enterprise Coworker—running on NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, including the OpenShell runtime and Nemotron models—will be featured during the Adobe Summit day-two keynote on Tuesday, April 21, at 9 a.m. PT. Enterprises interested in early access can contact Adobe or NVIDIA for pilot programs.

This platform marks a pivotal shift in how AI agents interact with enterprise marketing stacks. With rigorous control and continuous optimization, the era of autonomous creative intelligence has officially arrived.
